Tracking of attendance: Parents are responsible for using the ProCare automated attendance tracking system to log their child in and out each day.

Logging In and Out
When you arrive at the Center log in using the 4 digit ProCare number assigned to you at enrollment. ProCare procedures are carefully covered during the new parent orientation sessions. If you have any questions about ProCare or the tracking system please ask your child's teacher or the Center coordinator for assistance.

Breakfast
If your child is scheduled between 7:30am - 8:00am they are automatically included in the Early Morning snack program. Children who are scheduled to arrive between 8:00am and 10:00am will be served a breakfast consisting of a grain, fruit or vegetable and liquid milk.

Lunch
Lunch is automatically ordered for children if they are scheduled during lunch hours. If your child is not scheduled for lunch and you request lunch to be added on to your child's normal schedule, you will be charged $5.25 for the add-on meal. Also, parents who would like to schedule a lunch with their child may do so with a minimum of one day's notice and a charge of $5.25 will be added to the following billing cycle.

Classroom Attendance
Please assist your child in the arrival rituals of the day. Help them put their belongings in the appropriate classroom cubbies, wash their hands (water-soap-water method) and walk them carefully to their classroom teacher before you say good bye. Each classroom will have a sign-in / sign-out form near the classroom door. Please sign your child into the classroom on the form provided. Attendance sheets will later be compared to the ProCare tracking system for monitoring accuracy and security.
Daily Schedule
7:30am-8:45am
Center opens for full-day program. Early Snack is served. Additional staff arrives and Morning Preschool classes open.
8:45am-9:00am
Clean up & monitored bathroom break. Preschool classroom opens
9:00am-9:15am
Morning meeting/Sharing circle. Teacher will share new activities that are available for discovery and exploration, and introduces new areas and schedule for the day.
9:00am-10:00am
Self-serve breakfast with teacher supervision.
9:15am-11:30am
Children play and learn through extended exploration and discovery with teacher guided activities and interest centers (download curriculum or pick one up). Daily outdoor play and activities when weather permits. Preschool Only children say Good-bye
11:30am-11:50am
Transition time, group activity in individual classrooms and preparation for lunch.
12:00pm-1:00pm
Lunch is served. Teachers and staff do not conduct business during lunch.
Preschool extended day say good-bye
12:50pm-1:20pm
Prepare for nap. Large group activity. If your child will be leaving us after lunch, please collect all their belongings and check the communication folder quietly while we prepare the other children for their daily resting period.
1:30pm-3:00pm
Nap time. Children rest on individual cots with sheets and blankets provided by the Center. Teachers supervise the area at all times and soothing music plays softly in a reduced light environment.
3:00pm-3:15pm
Transition time. Children in East classroom help put away their cots and blankets and prepare to end their day.
3:00pm 3:30pm
Transition time. Children in West classroom help put away their cots and blankets and prepare for afternoon snack.
3:30pm-4:45
Free choice activity centers. Child selected or teacher supported activities are available as children prepare for departure.
4:45pm-5:00pm
Children participate in closing rituals and prepare for parent pick up. The Center closes promptly at 5:00pm.
