The Philanthropy Center: A Partnership
The Philanthropy Center is a partnership* between Donors Forum and Joliet Junior College to meet the information needs of nonprofit organizations located in the southern suburbs of Chicago and the Joliet Junior College district as a whole.
Area nonprofits and philanthropies may conveniently access a wide variety of publications on nonprofit management and governance.
The Center is located at the main campus of Joliet Junior College, 3rd floor, J-building. Local policies for circlulation and use of databases are found on the library web Policies page.
The Center provides the following resources and services for nonprofit organizations located in the southern suburbs of Chicago and the Joliet Junior College district as a whole:
- Books and magazines: Use "Look for Books and Other and Other Resources at JJC" on the left-most section of this web page
- Professionally trained staff to assist with the use of these resources
- Databases to support research on philanthropic and fundraising topics:
