This means that the ASC is authorized to certify its peer and professional tutors who meet the appropriate program requirements for tutor selection, training, experience, and evaluation. Second, it allows ASC tutors to participate in professional development and earn credentials that will follow them to their transfer institutions and other jobs. We are producing student employees that are more marketable when they leave JJC.
