PLANNING AND PROMOTING CLUB SPONSORED EVENTS:

or fundraiser for the general college population requires thought and planning. The following tip is important for clubs to consider:

Requesting Space for Club Meetings and/or Events:
Step 1 – Select a date and alternative date for meetings/event (at least 30 days in
advance of event)
Step 2 – Complete a Space Request Form for all events, meetings and club functions. This
form must be signed by the club advisor. Include any special set-up requirements on form.
Step 3 – Submit completed form to Diannaha Tielbur in OSA. (Note: any
space request form without Club Advisor signature will be returned for signature - this will
cause delays in reserving space for your club meetings and events)
Step 4 – Once we have space reserved for your club and have confirmed it with the Physical
Plant, your advisor will be notified and you will need to make arrangements for food or media requests and promote your event.
Please note: Until you have
received your confirmation of the requested space, you should not promote the event!
