Fire Drills

  • Fire drills will not be conducted without authorization from the Campus Police Department.
  • Fire drills are conducted to familiarize everyone with the sound of the alarms. Use the nearest exit to evacuate the building safely. These drills are conducted at least annually at varied times. Remember: failure to evacuate when the alarm sounds can result in disciplinary action.
  • Fire extinguishers are located throughout each campus building. These are to be used for their intended purpose, and should not be removed at any other time. Familiarize yourself with the location of the extinguisher nearest your location.
