Leadership Development

The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs offers valuable educational and professional workshops to increase retention and encourage graduation.

Success Stories Series:
The Success Stories Series is a monthly "Lunch and Learn" seminar in which students are introduced to successful JJC graduates who either have transferred to four-year institutions and/or are working in a profession.

OMSA actively seeks funding and resources to provide students opportunities to attend and fully participate in local and national conferences regarding minority students' needs and concerns.
Students are invited to a luncheon at the beginning of each semester to meet and dialogue with the president of the college.
