Hello my name is...
An exchange student art show with Black Hills State University at Spearfish,
South Dakota. This exhibition features thirty portraits in various media
that the six participants completed of each other. Exhibitors are Michael
Baum, Karri Dieken, Mike Knutson, Dustin M. Price, Mark Slocum, and
Professor David Wilson. October 3 - 26
Reclaiming the Artful Object: A Collaborative Investigation into the
Craft of Art and the Art of Craft
An exhibition of ceramic and found object sculptures with accompanying text
which examines the fundamental interactions between craft and art.
Exhibitors are Joe B. Milosevich and James R. White. November 13 -
December 30
Joliet Junior College Area High School Art Exhibition
An annual display of artwork from area high schools. Selections for this
exhibition are made by high school art instructors and awards are
distributed at the discretion of the Joliet Junior College Studio Art
Faculty. An evening Awards Ceremony and Visual Arts Open House are held in
conjunction with this exhibition.
SPRING 2008

Digital Video Media
An installation of audio and video works that are generative, interactive,
and performance based in nature. Exhibitors are Dr. Matthew Smith, Arts
Technology Professor, Illinois State University; Chris Lackey, Doctoral
Candidate in Education, Illinois State University; and Scott Johnson, Art
Instructor, Joliet Junior College.

Joliet Junior College Art Scholarship Recipients
The annual exhibition of Joliet Junior College art students selected by the Studio Art faculty to receive the following JJC Foundation
scholarships: Gamil T. Arida Memorial Art, Norman and Charlotte Codo Art, John and Laura Kingsbury Memorial Art, and Art and Lisa Lennon Memorial.

The annual competitive exhibition of student work from studio art classes at
Joliet Junior College. Cash awards for this show are made possible from funding provided by
