  • Student records are protected by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act.
     

  • No information regarding your personal student record will be sent via e-mail.  To access your personal student record visit, eResources.
     

  • Be specific with your question.
     

  • Questions may include topics related to college courses, degree and certificate programs, basic transfer information, and other specific information.
     

  • Some questions, due to privacy, may require an individual appointment with a counselor or a referral to another Joliet Junior College resource.
     

  • If this is an emergency, please call 911, local law enforcement, local community mental health center, crisis center, or hospital emergency room for crisis support.
