If so, please complete the online registration form, selecting the month, day and time you would like to take the class. Please note that there is a $35 charge for taking this class at our facility.
NOTE: If you received your ticket in Will County, DO NOT complete the form below. Your class schedule will automatically be mailed to you upon receipt of your application from the Will County Court House.
