The Service Center is the office to make your tuition payment. We
accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Tuition can be paid via telephone registration at (815) 741-4040 and at eResources (must have valid user name and password) with Visa, MasterCard and Discover We also have a payment drop box located in the front of the office.

| Question 1 - I dropped a class, when can I
expect my refund? Answer - Refunds are generated approximately two weeks AFTER classes have begun. If payment was received by cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to them. If the student's account was paid by credit card, a credit will be issued back to the same credit card. HOWEVER, if the student owes the school ex: deferred payment or bookstore loan, their debts will be deducted from their refund. If the student has a 750 severity level restriction, we will hold the student's refund until the restriction is taken care of. WE DO NOT HOLD ANY TYPE OF STUDENT REFUND CHECKS FOR PICK UP. Question 2 - Can I get a payment plan during the summer? Answer - No, we only offer payment plans for the fall and spring semesters. |
