Officer Glisson earned his Associates Degree in Law Enforcement from JJC in 2000. He graduated in 2002, with honors, from Western Illinois University, with a Bachelors Degree in Law Enforcement. Tom is a graduate of the Illinois State Police Academy and has been a member of the JJCPD since February 2004. He also attended the Reid Interview and Interrogation School. He is currently a member of the JJCPD Bike Patrol Unit and serves as a Firearms and Use of Force instructor for the department. Tom loves the Chicago Cubs and anything to do with baseball or Chicago sports. Personal Message:
