2. Students MUST present a photo I.D. (drivers license, state I.D., card, etc.) before an exam is given in the ASC.

3. If a student does not attend class the student may not be tutored. Tutoring does not take the place of class. In addition, the student may only be tutored in the content in which the student is currently enrolled.

4. Only ASC staff and tutors are allowed access to the appointment book. Students are not permitted to enter an appointment or look at the individual tutor's weekly appointments.

5. Only one (1) hr. tutoring appointment may be scheduled per subject per week, unless the student obtains special permission of the ASC instructor.

6. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is automatically canceled. If a student has missed two (2) appointments, the ASC staff has the right not to make any appointments with that student again during that semester. This student is permitted to come in to see if a tutor is available on a walk-in basis.

7. Students must be in the ASC at LEAST one hour before closing in order to take an exam.

8. If students are caught cheating on any quiz or test, the instructor will be notified immediately. Test, notes, etc. will be confiscated and returned to the instructor.

9. No one is allowed in the ASC after hours.

10. Students who require untimed tests may do so with documentation and permission of Jacquelyn Klika, Student Accommodations & Resources Coordinator. 

11. Ear plugs for testing will be distributed on an as need basis for anyone experiencing distraction because of noise.
