General Registration

Payment Information

Students must make payment by the due date. Cash payments are accepted only if paying in person at the Service Center. Credit card payments may be made through phone, eResources, by mail and in person. Financial aid applicants must follow the procedures listed at the financial aid page.

If a student has applied for financial aid, has a scholarship, grant, loan, or if a third party is responsible for payment, it is important that the student does not assume that his/her classes are paid for prior to the due date. Please check with the party responsible for the payment, prior to the due date, to be certain that the classes have been paid for.

If payment is not made prior to the time the Service Center closes on the due date then any unpaid classes will be removed from the student's schedule.

Payment and Due Dates

Drop for non-payment is performed at 7:30pm on the dates indicated below. Payment must be received by 7:30pm. All methods of registration are CLOSED from 7:30pm, the evening of the payment due date (12.2.09 & 12.16.09), until noon on Thursday, 12.3.09 and Thursday 12.17.09 following the Drop for Non-Payment Due Dates listed below.
