The Systems Appraisal Feedback Report provides AQIP’s official response to the Systems Portfolio by a team of readers trained in evaluation. After appraisers independently reviewed JJC's Systems Portfolio document, the team reached consensus on essential elements of JJC’s institutional profile, strengths and opportunities for improvement by category, and significant issues for the institution. These are presented in three sections of the Feedback Report:
- Accreditation Issues Analysis - area where evaluation team identifies the highest strategic priorities for JJC's future.
- Critical Characteristics Analysis - area where evaluation team shows how it understands JJC's mission, context, and goals.
- Category Feedback - area where evaluation team identifies JJC's strengths (identified by "SS" and "S") and opportunities for improvement (identified "OO" and "O").
These components are interrelated in defining context, evaluating performance, surfacing critical issues, and assessing institutional performance.
The feedback included in the Systems Appraisal Report is intended to guide Joliet Junior College with ongoing efforts to continuously improve all college activities.
