- To review and revise transparent budget and planning principles
- To keep tuition affordable
- To seek energy and cost savings ideas
- To seek new revenue generating ideas
- To formulate recommendations for cost and energy savings in preparation for the FY2012 budget planning
- To formulate recommendations for exploring new sources of college revenue
